Looking for Guide

Looking for a online guide or manual on connecting molex connectors to bare leads. This is for a 80mm panaflo fan.

I have been searching for an hour on google and all I have found is people selling molex connectors or talking about molex connectors that are already connected.

Maybe Im not using the right key words but Im under the impression this is some closely guarded industry secret along the same lines as "how to get a non-hotmail e-mail address".

I need to know what tools to use, what type of molex connector, what type of pins, and how to connect them with out killing yourself when you turn on the power.

Where are the guides that teach people how to do this things. I should be able to type molex connector connection guide into any search engine...

after using those exact same words I found this...

Connecting Molex Pins and Tubes

A molex connector has three parts:

The longest part is the pin or tube; this is the bottom.

The middle part is an open U with short tabs

The top part is an open U with longer tabs.

Strip the lead so that when the bare wire is in the middle part the insulation is in the top part.

Bend the short tabs onto the bare wire with needle-nosed pliers
For additional strength and conductivity solder the connection

Bend the long tabs into the insulation with needle-nosed pliers.

I've done it at least 100 times.

LOL
