does a hardline/wireless router broadcast everything??

I'm planning on buying a hybrid wireless router that also supports 4 hardlines.
Netgear MR314

As I was reading up on the thing a thought occured to me.... I am willing to ignore security concerns for the wireless portion of the network. But does the unit broadcast information that is traveling around the hardline portion of the network as well. Now I believe that since the unit is a router/switch that I need not be concerned with this, but I don't know for sure and I was curious if any of you do!

thanks

by definition, no it shouldn't

I would still be concerned with the wireless security if you live in a populated area. At least setup all the wireless security that unit offers.

Not so likely at this point, but it could help prevent related legal problems later.

that's what I plan to do anyway, but I thought i would ask

the wireless thing is so that if I'm too lazy to get up, I can just surf from my laptop... any sensitive stuff would always be done through a hardline.
