It's not that I don't have the money, b/c that is relatively cheap. It's just that I don't have the time, nor the place to actually paint the case. My apartment is offlimits as my fiance and I are living in her parents apartment building, and my parents don't have any place either.

So you see, I just can't do it at the time.

David,

I'll keep you updated if I change my mind, and also I'm not using an Antec/Cheiftec case, as I decided on an Enermax case w/ logo side window and blu neon.

But I do have an old Dell case from an XPS Dimension P200s pc that I could paint, if I had the resources, i.e. - actually have a place to paint the D@#NED case.

So, Stone17, what did you finally do about a case? I hope you did build your own, it's the only way to go! If you ever want to buy a case with a custom flame paint job, try here... http://www.crazypaint.com/
Pretty expensive though!! There's nothing like the satisfaction of doing it yourself. Check out my Godzilla case I painted... http://ourworld.cs.com/Idigguns/index.html
There are some tips there about painting your case.

Silly me, I saw that thread earlier! That is a schweeet case! I love Newegg. I buy from them all the time. If you want to run your lighting, fans, etc. with no mobo in your case, or if you want that stuff to run all the time when you have your computer together... you can get a transformer from Radioshack. I got a HUGE transformer for all my stuff. (details on my site)

I really like my new case. It's gonna be sweet once I get it put together.
