Well I'm not an OCer so I can't help you in that department. I'm just trying to help you save a little $ by eliminating the RAID feature that you don't need. But if the price isn't that bad and you know for sure the BIOS is great for OCing, then stick with it. I use AMD so I would have to read up on Intel motherboards. I'm sure somebody will offer some P4 advice though.
