Win. NT "Memory Stack Dump" BSOD

New to Win. NT. I keep getting a BSOD "Memory Stack Dump". This is on my PC at work.

Pentium 2 266
128mb PC100
Matrox Video card
8 gb HD
Win. NT

This thing is killing me! I was in the middle of doing several changes to our website and it pops up and I lose everything! It does this atleast once a day. There is nothing I can do but reboot the PC when it happens. What is this, and how can I correct it?????? HELLLLPPPP....

I know a NT4 BSOD isn't easy to decipher, but can you identify the offending program, driver, etc? Look at it very carefully.

Got a file C:\winnt\drwtsn32.log? Might give some info, but a bad BSOD prevents the OS from writing it.
