Jumper Settings Please

I need the jumper settings for a Shuttle Hot 555a socket 7 MOBO. It has an intel pentium 133 CPU in it. I get no post, no video, the light in the monitor stays yellow. Nothing. The CPu is warm to touch, and the case lights come on, although I'm not sure if they work properly.
I have tried two different sticks of ram, 2 different types also, swapped video cards,
I know the PSU is good, from a working system. It doesn't have a system speaker in it, I am going to locate one now. All I can figure is the jumpers are wrong somehow, but I can't find any diagrams on this MOBO Any ideas would be appreciated.

brainchild........here`s the site for the manual. I didn`t download it but it should help some. www.shuttle.com Click on "support", then click on "downloads", then click on the pull down list for "download manuals", click on 555A and ,badda bing, you have a zip file for the manual.

Just curious but how could the jumpers all of a sudden be wrong? Did you just aquire this system? If you changed jumpers and caused this problem then you more than likely need to clear the CMOS and start over.

yeah I just got the board, and was going to set it up for a friend that just wants a chat machine , anyway, that's where I'm at now It may just be a bad MOBO. I can't get anything out of it, at all. Guess I'll go looking again.
