As soon as I get my finances back up (finally found a job ), I'm going to build a box with a VIA Cyrix 933Mhz in a Shuttle SV-25 barebones systems. Give me a couple months and I should be up and running.

Has anyone seen any benchmarks for a Via "gigga pro" processor? I assume it runs at 1ghz, but I'm not sure, it could be a marketing name. I saw one of these attached to a real small board with built in everything for about 80$ and thought that a small, super low heat processor would be nifty to have for who-knows-what.
Also, lost the link to the place where I actually found it?

One? You need several
They can be used for a laptop as mentioned above of course. Or a portable, dvd/webtv device, or as a workstation. http://www.caseoutlet.com/NWPc/2677/itx2677.html
Note the dimensions
Works with DC, keep the kids/wife busy in the car (if you can afford an LCD panel).

I would recomend buying one if your not too fussed about high performance and what a cpu for a good cheap price. Another advantage the C3 has is it runs very cool and does not require a heatsink fan

At 80 bucks a pop for the MicroATX version, one could put this in a small desktop case, or in a leftover one, use a power supply that maybe is inadequate for modern processors but perfectly OK for this kind of thing, and use it as the core of a home entertainment machine (the iTX version would be even better) and not have to worry about heat or noise, and the power is certainly adequate for that sort of thing.
Man, could you build a rack of DC cows with these fer cheap or what???
