Logitech is a great Company!

MY Logitech mouse died...
They were great! I finally called them, they asked a few questions, and sent me a new one. Not a referb, but a new one! I didn't have to do anything!
How cool! It's was their cordless Mouseman too, the expensive one.
How nice when generally companies just give you a hard time when something breaks!

I've got two Logitech cordless optical mice. Love 'em. Smooth, feel good. I've always liked Logitech's stuff.

Thats great news Surreal. I bought my kid the Logitech Z560 set of speakers, which I think sound awesome. Hopefully I wont need to call them, but if I do it sounds like they'll be helpful.

Did they even ask for proof of purchase or to ship the defective one back? Hummmmmmm

NOpe! I gave them the serial numbers, and when I asked where do I send my dead one he said "you don't have to bother with that"
Plus I called last Wednesday and got the new one yesterday.

MS did the same thing for me

I had one with the cord tugging out. I called the number and they asked a few questions, including serial number and address, and said I would have a replacement at my door in a few days. I didnt even have to send the old one back for proof. New one was in a box too, and was the upgraded version with 33% faster optical technology.

I think Logitech and MS's pheriphial products are among the best, and I guess they match eachother in service as well.
