Good RAID Resources

I am farely new to RAID. I understand the general concepet of RAID devices, Now I need to understand them well so I can set up some RAID Drives here at work. I am currently running a Win2k Server. Does anyone have any links to good RAID resources so I can get a better understanding?

Thanks

You may not see that much of an improvement in performance for RAID 0 or 1 in 2K. I'm sure that if you jump to 3 or 5 though, you'll be screaming.
