Could this be it?

POP3 Server -
pop-server.kc.rr.com

SMPT Server -
smtp-server.kc.rr.com

Source -
http://www.talkingbuddy.com/helpemail.htm
The source isnt specifically for SMTP/POP server names, but it's earthlink and optimum online (Two ISP's I have/had) match the normal SMTP/POP server names, so I assume they should work. I just copy and pasted the one from Kansas City under Road Runner.

Thanks AuraEdge! Problem solved. It's kinda like the first eight times I f-disked and formatted, I had to ask every time.
