email in a web site?

Hi ALL :^)

How do I add Outlook Express to be my mail server in Internet Explorer. I am running W2K and have OE as my newsgroup but no choise in my e-mail window.

Open up IE.

Tools -> Internet Options
Click the Programs tab

Check which program it says for Email:

Try to select Outlook Express from the drop down menu.

That is the problem
The Email drop down is empty but I get Outlook Express in my newsgroup window.

I have looked for a switch to apply OE to IE mail with no luck. Maybe I should rerun and install? Is there a OE install I can run alone?
