A sink - GREAT POINT, Stinkybuddha! Maybe even a urinal! (you can get them at Lowe's or Home Depot!), but you DEFINITELY wouldn't want the "throne" in the this room!

A window AC unit no, an apartment insert style running on 220 is better and with 220 they have higher BTU ratings.
