Apparently ResellerRatings doesn't enforce this policy, regardless of what their website says. We are no longer a paying merchant because of their lack of support. We had a review in September by a possible competitor, but the reviewer had definitely not placed an order with us because his review had a fake order number among other flags. We flagged the review, wrote a detailed response to the review to RR and never even got a response.
Ever since then, we stopped paying and supporting ResellerRatings.
