Where is my review

I posted a review on O2Gearshop. I received an email stating that the merchant had responded to my review and provided a link in the email. Neither the review nor the comment exist. Please tell what happened - I am very anxious to see what this merchant has to say about my situation.

I think I found the answer to my question with this posting on Rip-off report:

The company removes valid negative reviews without notifying authors when
no valid order number is provided.

When a valid order number is provided, any negatively reviewed company can
match it with individual personal information and retaliate.

Hello,

Well, a review is not valid when no transaction number or an invalid transaction number is entered. The purposes of entering valid transaction information are so (a) the merchant (and we) know that the reviewer is a real customer, and (b) it opens the door for the merchant to hopefully resolve a customer's complaint.

Note: a transaction number can be any unique transaction number issued by the store, including but not limited to: order, invoice, RMA, quote, transaction via email (with complete documentation including headers for verification purposes).
