CANNOT ADD NEW STORE OR RECEIVE REPLIES

I have been a resellerratings.com member for many,many years. Recently have been trying to "ADD" a new store but after inputting stores name and valid URL, I get error messages stating" You Must Enter A Name" and Must Enter A URL" when both are entered.
Have tried 3 different computers and 3 different registered "User Names" and still get same response.
Also no reply from Tech Support or even reply from previous emails from Laura@resellerrating.com.
Is the site working?

Thanks for reporting this. As you have noticed, ResellerRatings was redesigned from the ground up last week. That means tens of thousands of new lines of software code, and the introduction of a few bugs, which we're working around the clock to resolve. 99% of the site works perfectly.

Please provide us with the exact name and URL you tried to add so we can reproduce the problem.

Name and URL Not Recognized Still

Still doesnot work as of 12/30/2010 1438EST.
Get "Please Enter Name in Box" error after box is filled in with Seller's name(Victorian Fireplace Store) and "Please Enter Valid URL" error after website(Victorian Fireplace Shop: Gas & Electric Fireplaces, Stove, Accessories) is entered in box. Error code has and exclamation point and all lettering is in red.

Now getting this error:
"Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

While we strive to cover a lot of the online landscape, new stores pop up all the time. All our store reviews and stores are 100% submitted by authentic shoppers.

When you submit a store to ResellerRatings we do a check to make sure the store doesn't already exist or to make sure you didn't mistype a store that does exist. We'll get back to you if the store submitted is valid. Thanks!

2)
Both usernames from 5-7 years ago show "not valid" or unknown. and email resquests for password "resets" and new passwords...go unanswered by Tech Support for more than 2 weeks. Email to previous RR.com @ Laura@rr.com also go unresponsive.

Major problems on this website since site update. As poster states one CANNOT "ADD" any store and errors are profuse.
I have sent at least a dozen emails to Tech Support" with no replies.
You guyz still in business??

Just another voice. I can't add a store either. I put in the correct name and URL, and both fields come up with "needs a valid whatever". I've got a major rip off company I need to warn people about (TFP International, ink cartridge suppliers), so I hope this gets fixed soon. I'll check back in a few days.

I've also been a long time subscriber but now I'm not getting daily notifications of deals as in the past.
What do I have to do?
Or is this a known issue too?

This site,once the Primo of site ratings, has sunk to below bottom.

As seen above in note to Dan from ADMIN, the site is 99% fine! What a crock!!!
Cannot add any new store, logins from 10 years ago lost, not receiving notifications, Tech Support not responding for HELP. ADIMN. not responding at all....Need members ay more?
