danpb - one of the the problems is that you have registered [at least] two other user accounts, mdbassman and danpbphoto, now disabled. One user account per person only, and one review instance per person per merchant only, is permitted.
So that these conflicts can be fixed, please email me from your email address registered to danpbphoto. I'll send you the content of your other reviews so you can report as danpbphoto.
I have past emails from mdbassman and danpbphoto but not from danpb.
