Can't add a new store after website change

For two days I've been trying add a new store to RR so I can post a review. I search for the name of the store and there are no results so I click the link to add it. I am then taken to a page to log in even though I've already logged in. I click the button to log in and the page loads to exactly the same spot. No error messages or anything. I can click the log in button a dozen times and I go nowhere. Am I missing something?

After two days of trying the problem I was having before is suddenly gone. The log in page doesn't perpetually reload. But I still can't add a new store. I get to the page where I'm asked to enter the name of the store and the website. I enter the info and click to add it but I get an error message: The name of the store must be entered. Obviously I've entered it already. Nothing but problems after the website change. Don't know what was wrong with it before.

Many Things Lost or Yet To Be Fixed!

"TF",
The revamping of rr.com has lost more than Tech Support admits.
I have been a member for many, many years under 2 other logins.
Both now have vanished. My recent post has solicited a response from Tech Support about 99% of the site being 100%. I find that extremely debatable.
The only thing I can do is log in under a new "login in" because my other 2 have been lost. My 1st log in is more than 7 years old. My second, my photo business, was at least 5 yrs old. It is gone!
The reviews I posted inder those logins, many going back 5 years + are gone! My wife's reviews also are lost, as are the stores reviewed.
All the email I have received say that people still cannot "ADD" a store. The stores reviewed since July 2010 are GONE!
So we will wait and see what happens. This was a preferred vieiwing place prior to shopping.
I believe, unless something major happens, most may be lost.
Good Luck!

Site Has Gone "To The Dogs" Since Update

The post to "danpb" from Tech Support about site being at 99% is really a smoke and mirrors tactic!
I have been a member since 2004 and for the last 30 days or more I cannot add any stores, cannot review past ratings I submitted many years ago, 75% of my business reviews are missing and most of all, no one at RR.com replies or cares.
What a shame! This used to be a well run site now you cannot trust the feedback.

Yes me too. I also got the same problems. I hope that the moderators or any person in charge to answer me on why I cant add the website that I used to shop beauty products online?. I have tried several times, but no one or any person replied. Seriously, anybody know how to proceed & get solution for this problem

Regards

Hi Carolina. New store submissions are not instantaneous, but instead placed into a queue for sorting, categorization, etc.

Your submission was received.

It should be processed shortly. An email is generated and sent to the submitter when a store submission is processed and approved.

Site Still Not Right!

I have been trying to add 2 new stores. Each time I add store and URL(Ionizer & Humidifier | For home or office) I get an error message that "URL already exists" but cannot find out where!
My husband has tried also and repeated requests for Tech Support help go unanswered.
Any help here??
