Where is my rating?

I posted a rating for buy.com yesterday and I still do not see the post. Does RR check with the stores before posting the ratings? I have emailed RR to find out if there is a problem (as suggested in another post) and have not gotten an answer. Not even an automated response.

I have trusted RR for years now, but this behavior worries me. Are they (RR) more interested in the store or the consumer?

Q: I recently posted a review but it isn't showing up.

A: Reviews are posted within 48 hours of submission. If you don't see your review after 48 hours, make sure that you have activated your account by clicking on the link in the email that we sent you. In the unlikely event that your review violated one or more of our policies, it may have been deactivated until you can bring it into compliance with our policies, but we'll always contact you in that case. Please feel free to contact us if you still have any questions about why your review isn't appearing and we'll resolve the problem.

If you posted it yesterday then it should show up tomorrow.

If you edit the review that will knock the posting of the review back another 48 hours from the time of your edit.

I did click on the link at the top of the forum space for FAQ.. and the link in the nav bar appears to be broken.. I can't get there anyway..
