VIRUS REMOVED AND SO WERE ALL OTHER FILES

took my Dell laptop to a local laptop exchange store for virus removal. The only files left were the ones my son downloaded (music games and some miscellaneous pictures). I had six years worth of data on this computer and it is all gone.......no backup, no nothing.

Needless to say I am furious and I wouldn't take anything to this enterprise to be touched again......Took the laptop back to the store and they tried to tell me everything was copied over.

I think it is interesting the "tech" that worked on my computer was the same age as my son........he backed up what he thought was important not what was on the computer........

This store is an absolute joke and I wouldn't trust them with my calculator
