Since this is dynamic and keeps increasing at an increasing RATE, all one can make is a estimate at a point in time. Like a Balance Sheet. But my guess is it is impossible to really get any estimate that is accurate.
How do you know, for example, what the Iraqis and Taliban folks have on their systems?
