No data from aiw Radeon 7500 video card after electricity failure

After a failure of the public electricity supply my ATI a-i-w Radeon 7500 video card is not showing any data. The PC boots and I can barely make out a few word lines of the Microsoft Windows 2000 logon logo. I get to the desktop because I hear win2k sign-on tune. However I can't see anything on the screen. I tried another video card, Nvidia Geforce2 MX 400 and it worked ok. Tried the ATI a-i-w card in another computer and the same problem exists.
Is there any chance of getting the ATI a-i-w card to show data again?

Sorry no, That card if fried.
Call your local power company to try to reimburse you for the video card due to there power failure. And for future interest try to see if they have some kind of insurance that you can get. So in the future if it happens you will be covered.
