I lost my cd key....can you tell me where I can find it in my system so I can reinstall it??

It had a virus and it will not work, its telling me to reinstall..

You could try Belarc Advisor. I remember seeing all my CD keys in the summary. You can d/l it here.

nope, didnt show up...only for windows and a few other proggys..

Have you tried looking in HKCU\Software\Valve\Half-Life\Settings?

I have Counterstrike retail and my key is there (In a CS folder of course) under the key "Key"
