Sounds like your printhead is off or your gears are stuck.
If there is noise coming out of the speaker. Then it is grounded somewhere.
I would just casually tear it down and see if i can find any
debris.
Normally i would just shake the heck out of it. And see what lands :P.
Try to take the ink cartridge out all together.
Try it then.
The print head or drum is stuck.
Tear it down and see if you can find where that clicking noise is coming from.
