Northwestern Bell Cordless Phone

I have a Northwestern Bell Excursion 35178 Cordless Phone with caller ID. My digital display on the handset has some segments missing so I called and E-mailed Northwestern Bell. Since 10-27-2008 no response from email. And no one answers the phone. I bought the phone on March 20th 2008 so it's still under warranty. Any suggestions?

Update: I just called them and as before, The recorded message tells me that all of the service reps are assisting other customers, please stay on the line. Then after three messages the recorded message gives me a service reps voicemail box, but it can not accept any more messages and an error has occured.

You will need to goto Digital Cameras / Electronics at RitzCamera.com - Free Shipping & No Sales Tax on Qualifying Orders and chat live.
You will need to RMA it to them.
Although from what i could gather they have some strict policies about returning wireless/cordless telephones.

The bottom 3 is what you need.
You'll need to ask.
Can i return it?
Can you please exchange it?
And does the Manufacturer Warranty suppose to be covered by RitzCamera or by Northwestern Bell Phones.

And if RitzCamera says it must be done by Northwestern Bell.

I purchased the phone back on 3-20-2008 so it's covered by mfr's warranty

When service is needed during the warranty period:
1. Call VTC Customer Service at (800) 888-8990 between 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Pacific Time, Monday to Friday.
2. Pack the unit in the original packing materials with all accessories. Improper packaging may result in damage to the instrument and may invalidate the warranty. PLEASE SEND THE ENTIRE UNIT WITH ALL ACCESSORIES.
3. Include the following with the product: A check or money order for $5.00 for shipping and handling, a note describing the problem, your name and address, a copy of the original sales receipt.
4. Ship the instrument freight prepaid and insured to VTC SERVICE & MANUFACTURING CO. Your unit will be repaired and returned to you, freight prepaid.

Did that too!

Got an address? I haven't been able to get an answer back from vtc or northwestern Bell about where to send the phone. Found the address
