outlook 2003

I can not open outlook 2003. I have office 2003 and use vista. When I try to open the program I get a message saying Msmapi32.DLL is corrupt.

I searched the web for a solution and it said to rename the file. When I opend the program the bad file reappears. Error message when you try to start Outlook 2003: "MAPI32.DLL is corrupt or the wrong version" this site helped me somewhat.
Can some help me solve the problem with outlook?

Just reinstall it.

It's a known issue. Vista is a train wreck.
