Cables For Hook Up

To make this short I have a new Samsung HD TV and a new Samsung DVD player I am looking to get a Marantz SR-4002 Receiver ( surround sound ) and a Marantz 5 Disk CD Retriever CC-4001 and would like to know what would be the best cables to use on this set-up?

I am new to all this stiff and would like to get sound and picture quality that one can except to get of this. Hope that you would be able to guild me in the right direction with the cables.

hello big buffalo. does your equipment support HDMI? if so, i would go this route. don't get scammed into expensive HDMI cables though. cheap HDMI cables work just as good if no equal to the expensive cables. monster HDMI cable is now notorious for selling expensive cables.
