I have vista and just removed a program called creative zen. It was removed by way of add and remove programs , but then I find a folder in c drive programs called creatve zen. The folder has a few files in it and when I go to delte it windows warns me that some programs may not run " do you want to continue"

The point is ... it seems removing a program may not be totaly true.

Yeah, sometimes when you remove programs, they leave some files behind, such as data you downloaded using that program or saved files or program files. Sometimes it need those files it left behind for "other" programs to use, else the comp might have some problems with those missing files...
