Mail help

I want to know how I can configure outlook express to work with my free yahoo mail account.

You can't access your free Yahoo! Mail account using Outlook Express. You would need to upgrade to Yahoo! Mail Plus which costs $19.99 a year in order to do so.

I have a yahoo email account for which, I think, I pay about $20.00 per year. When MS Explorer (ver 7) opens my yahoo home page, I click on my email yahoo account in my personal yahoo home page. That gets me into yahoo mail and I can look over all my messages. I check if there's any spam that wasn't caught by yahoo (and put into the SPAM folder) I then delete all spam and get out of yahoo mail.
Then I open Microsoft OUTLOOK on my desktop (not outlook express), in which I have set up my yahoo mail account (When setting up an account, just follow the easy instructions) click on send/receive (in Outlook) and down comes all my email from my yahoo account --- FREE OF ANY SPAM AND SPOOF MAIL.
THE REASON FOR MY GOING THROUGH THIS PROCESS IS THAT YAHOO HAS GOOD ALGORYTHMS TO GET RID OF SPAM, etc.
I FIND THIS TO BE A MOST COST EFFECTIVE, LEAST NERVE WRACKING, WAY TO LIVE ON THE INTERNET THESE DAYS. Hal
