1. What's the max kbits/kbps?
2. sounds quality any good? loud?
3. Max size is 2GB SD card?
4. Can i use a speaker with it? instead of ear-headphone.

I have this and it is great. Before you use it re format the drive to Fat 32 or you won't be able to fill the memory. Use rechargeable batteries, one will last 5 hours, and I carry a spare. To answer your questions:
1. I don't know
2. Sound quality is as good as the head set. I have Philllips HE 592 ear buds and the sound is phenemonal.
3. That is what they say, and I have not tried a larger card. With the base memory and a 2 GB card you wil have 700 songs.
4. Yes, but it doesn't sound very good.
