How do I save copies of my TechIMO threads?
I like to save some posts for future reference, and now I am having trouble.
I used to "save as" OK into a HTML format. Now I get some .php or something that won't open...
Thanks in Advance....

you can't just keep the URL?
Or do you want access offline?

You could just copy the whole thread and then paste it to notepad or somesort of word program and save it, if you wanna view it offline.

Hmmm, save as worked fine for me.
Maybe it's a problem with something else?
IE 6.0

Right down below the post, you will see a link that says
email this page to someone!
Simply email it to yourself and archive it on your machine... problem solved...next?

It should save as "Web page, complete" (w/graphics), or "Html only". It does on mine. If yours doesn't, you might need an IE repair.

Yep! I use the same method as BFlurie. Just click on FILE-SAVE AS and you'll have the option to save as txt as well...

Ok, I donno how all of the different browsers work, but in IE 5.5 I can hit file, send, and send the whole "page by E-mail" as an email, graphics included.
