HP PSC 1215 Service Exchange --Special Offer
I had a PSC 1215 all in one 21 months when it went wrong and contacted the Tel. No. given by Tech.Support to enquire about a service exchange.
Bearing in mind I bought it new for around £80 I was astonished to be quoted £109 +VAT.
I have been writing to HP for an explanation with no result.In fact the whole subject is being treated like a state secret ! The situation is ludicrous as have since bought the later PSC 1410 for £45 from a well known catalogue store and checking again last week,the price has not altered. (Service Exchange still £109+ VAT )Their products are good but their service support stinks.
Anybody else had similar experience ??
