Hotmail doesn't deliver email

This is probably not the right forum for this, but I give it a shot.
I've noticed I'm not receiving some emails that I know for a fact are sent to me.
The emails I'm not receiving are from people in my contact list.
I have also tried to send myself test emails from other email services, and they are not being delivered
Just to clearify: I do receive quite a bit of emails on my Hotmail account. But seemingly not all. And that's alarming.

Anyone else noticed this?

Guess it's time to move on. Away from Microsoft and over to Thunderbird and 30gigs.com
