need help with dvd combo!
I have a Samsung CDRW/DVD SM-348B and it has slowly stopped working. At first it wouldn't read the dvds now it won't burn cds. i don't know a whole lot about computer stuff, but i tried to go to the device manager and download new drivers, but it says they are up-to-date....here is what else it says:
"Windows successfully loaded the device driver for this hardware but cannot find the hardware device. (Code 41)." Neither dell or samsung had a driver for it...so i am getting worried. If anyone would have any info about this problem i would be very grateful. thanks!
