Nero *.nrg, .nri, iso, cif, .cdi

going nuts trying to burn to cd or dvd that i can read in other computer. Somy names like project, compilation, multisession, fixation, etc.
I have printed out many pages, and pages of written notes.
Can someone tell me in nice easy laymens terms how i can burn files that are on my hard drive onto a disc that i can see the files or pictures on another computer. I have a dvd-r/rw drive and p4/2400 computer.
