No booting at all

My MoBo V266B with Athlon XP 1600+ CPU does not boot. I set CPU ratio to 10.5x and CPU requency to 133MHz. the power supply starts through MoBo switch but no display. VGA card is good (tried in another system) tell what to do.

Have you tried resetting your BIOS?

Thanx Sechs. No way to reach this step. No display at all. My MoBo just lit and processor fan goes on. Before I did not have an idea about jumper setting for AMD Athlon processor and I got it from your forum though an answer to one of your threads. I need to get my MoBo to give me a display. My processor might it be damaged?: have an idea how to test.
