I STILL have a dialup connection
40 - 42Kbps
It is possible to run 2 pc's the same time on 1 tel. line?

Yes you can run 2 PC's on phone line but it will be so SLOW!You will need a router.

What kind of router ??
I have TEW-432BRP - 54Mbps 802.11g wireless Firewall Router - will this work ??
How to connect it?

If you have a modem and a NIC in one PC, and a NIC in the other you could share the net that way.If you have two IP's one for each PC.
