Outdoors RR emails keep going to my junk box

I use hotmail for my main email account, and for some reason any emails from resellerratings.com keep going to my JUNK box.
I've selected for them to be put in my inbox, and it's on my safe list, so I don't know what the deal is.
Doesn't matter if it's a PM or a topic reply either...

Any ideas?

Unfortunately, it's up to the folks at Microsoft to fix their filters so that they work correctly. I kindly message of complaint at the powers that be at Hotmail should is probably the best that you can do.

I have no direct information, but I suspect Hotmail could be possibly be applying its spam filtering algorithms before applying your custom filters. Have you tried lowering your junk email filtering level? Try using a lower setting and see what happens, especially if you have it set to the highest "Exclusive" level filtering level.

Occasionally, messages from large sites like ResellerRatings will have a slightly higher spam rating (enough to trip a filter) with a certain email service provider because the provider's customers will tag messages like forum notifications as spam instead of taking the proper action to simply disable them. After a few spam reports, all of the provider's customers will start having their messages from the reported domain filtered as spam, which creates an annoying headache for all parties involved.

Send a message via AIM to GameManK
I have the same problem with my netscape account. But I can't even find any options to set my own filter there. But even if i could, the from on the resellerratings emails for some reason says unknown@unknown

Figured it out!
Whenever I get an email from RR, the "From" section of the email always just said "<ResellerRatings Mailer>" and it never gave a web address.
So even though I could add it to my "safe list", there was no address to add, so it didn't work.

I just had to switch my junk mail filter to medium, instead of exclusive.
