inside computer cleaning..

I just purchased a used computer. It has been used by a smoker, and he never smoked outside. It has a MSI mb, 1gig kingston ram(hyperX), msi 5900xt vc, 2dvd burners, ect. But at one time it had all blue lit fans in it, but so much smoke residue on them they dont even glow anymore. Now down to my question, is there any type cleaner to use on the mb, vid.card, mem, and tv tuner card to clean it, Air does not even touch it. lol.... If i hadnt got a good deal on it I would have passed on it.. Whole rig for 200. bucks, and it still flys...lol
Am wanting to dismantle it, and completly clean everthing, mb,vc, memory, ect. Is there any type cleaner a person can buy to spray on these item's without distroying them? And if there is, what is it called, and where can a person buy it? It would be a great looking rig, if you could see through the side window, and see whats inside. lol.....
Any input would be greatful....

Is it like dust residue or more like caked on filth? I don't know if you could use those cleaner wipes or not, but that's what I would do. Wait and see what others reply and say.

it is cakes on, looks like nicotine from the cigerettes.....bad yuck.............

Personally, I would break it down completely, and buy 2 dollar store bottles of rubbing alcohol and a soft bristled brush...
Most components can be cleaned with a soft cloth and any decent 409/glass style cleaner,...
The motherboard and card however have slots and internal places you may want to clean more thoroughly...
Pour on the alcohol and brush it around with the first bottle and "rinse" it with the second...
Blow it out thoroughly and let dry at least overnight... maybe near a fan...
