which is better 6800GS vs X800GTO ! + XFX warranty life or 2 years only ?

Does any body know which is better off Geforce 6800GS or x800 GTO?

Also does all XFX geforce 6 and 7 series come with Double lifetime warranty or just regular 1 or 2 years. I have seen some people said it come with lifetime and some with onl y 2 years. Can anyone clear this up for me. THX

I've seen benchmarks of those 2 and looks like the 6800GS beats the X800GTO almost all the time (but by a small margin).
dont know about the XFX warranty...
