Drivers for "Red" motherboard

I have a friendīs computer to fix, and I updated to XP Pro, but after installation, the sound, modem and video drivers didnīt get recognized.
Itīs a red Motherboard, and it says PC400 on the heat sink on top of the chipset.
Thatīs all the information I can see on the MB, it has a P4 on it.

Any ideas about the model of the board?
