Hi all. I'm new to this site and I can only hope I'm doing this right. Recently, I put a puter together for my nephew out of old parts. He has very little money to spend on anything but an old puter. I used a pavilion 6530 mainboard with the oem socket 370 433mhz processor and it worked great until we lost the hd from a malfunction with the stock power supply. Don't ask me how but the power supply shorted out and took out the hard drive with it. I'm a 9 year tech and I tested this hd thoroughly... its trashed. Anyhow, we got a new WD 40 gig udma 100 hd and it works great. The problem is I have no idea where to find the drivers we lost. I kept the oem modem (riptide 56k) which is a bundled software with the soundcard that is onboard. I need drivers for the UDMA support, USB drivers, modem/sound card drivers and any other drivers for the mainboard to perform the way it did before the hd crashed. I thank you all in advance for any help any of you may be able to offer.
