You sent us one email to which I replied. I never heard back from you. Was I supposed to telepathically divine from the ether that you were still having a problem?
Anyway, I took another look at your account/review settings. You have one active NCIX review. One review per user per merchant is allowed [one cannot post multiple review instances] so, to modify a review, or update a review to reflect a new transaction or updated opinion, requires that you log in and either
(A) go to the merchant's reviews page and click '
rate this store', or,
(B) go to your profile 'my reviews' and click the
active review's link to edit it.
ResellerRatings staff has received -0- glitch reports about what you're describing, so it is most likely a problem with your browser settings and/or firewall.
Check your browsers/firewalls:
Are our cookies enabled in your browsers?
Is our site in your 'trusted' zones?
If you continue to have a problem submitting or editing reviews, email me with your browser name & version, your OS, and all firewalls in use, and I'll help you find a solution to your problem.
