A8N-SLI DELUXE DUAL VGA PROBLEMS

I installed 2 chaintech GeForce 6600gt cards. The second card isn't recognized in my device manager. The fan on the second card is working, but maybe it's isn't getting enough voltage to fully operate? I'm using a 500W ULTRA X-Connect Modular Power Supply. The power supply only comes with a 20 pin motherboard power supply, but the motherboard was designed with a 24 pin EATXPWR connector. Do I need a different psu with a 24 pin connector?

I appreciate the help, but I found out that the power supply I was using couldn't handle the power requirements of two graphics cards. Problem solved. Thanks
