Audio recording programs

Hi!
I'm looking for a program or programs that will enable me to do the following:

Record audio from tape and remove the hiss,
Download audio files over a dial-up connection within a resonable amount of time, (these are legal downloads ).
Edit the quality of the sound.
And to record more than 80 minutes of audio to a cd.

as far as audio editing goes [noise removal, quality etc], I can recommend Audacity - its free, its cross-platform and and it work great!
