Quiz: Name this cable (and find one)

Yeah, I know, this is a pretty cheesy post, but I need some assistance.

On Panasonic CAMCORDERS, there is a 'plug' connector wire (length I don't know) that connects with the exact same connector 'plug' on the Panasonic BATTERY CHARGER. This avoids the need for batteries while viewing the camcorder.

Again, this cable connects the Camcorder and Charger.
The PLUG type is the cylinder kind (like goes into your cell phone). The cable has the same fitting on both ends.

I need to do some lengthy movie extractions and can't without this cable.

any good deed-doers know the name of this cable or where I might find one?

Thanks for your time. JC Grimes, tampa

Try manufacturer site

Why not start with the manufacturer site and look under their area for ordering of replacement parts? That will tell you both the correct name and the model needed. Usually there is a picture too. Then you can shop anywhere else for a lower price if you want.

Be aware that sometimes manufacturer's make proprietary styles of parts (I think to force you to buy from them) and they may be your only option if the device is a really new model. Eventually an OEM reseller may have it for less, or perhaps a company will start making after-market replacement parts. (I found this to be so with my old HP power supply.)

I hope this helps!
