ASUS P4P800S-X MB

I purchased this MB from New Egg a few months ago and it's a nice board, however This is the second time i've had to RMA the board because the Intel Southbridge burnt up in it.
ASUS RMA's it easily enough but I'm getting a different board, has anyone heard of an ongoing problem with this board?
ASUS won't let me upgrade even if I pay extra so I ordered a newFOXCONN 865G 865A01-G-6EKRS board.

Also as soon as ASUS sends me a new board it's for sale let me know if your interested, I take paypal and I'm trudyscandles on ebay if ya need a reference.
