win.xp home upgrade disk replacement?

I know this doesnt sound to smart but the other day i bought a new winxp home upgrade. As usual the wife was giveing me the once over for spending the money as we was leaveing the store. So like a dummy i layed the new bag on top of the car, as i unlocked it and listening to her...Well in the prosess i forgot to put the bag in the car. I drove off and remembered it about two blocks from the store so i turned around and went back. Lucky i guess, it was laying in the middle of the road. Picked it up went home and opened it. the disk was broke into a lot of little pieces. So now i am catching H### from her for spending the money, and now not being able to use it.
Now to my question. Is there anywhere a person can just buy a disk? I have the box, manuals, and keycode, and pieces of the disk... All I need is a new disk....
Now if u can stop laughing over this long enough to have some kind of answer for me I would be ever grateful......

The disks are all the same , you have the important part, the unused keycode.

Try calling M$ first, they will probably help you out.

If not, find a friend or someone on a forum or what not with the same disc and see if they can help you, I wont state how. You will need someone with the upgrade disc though, OEM or retail wont work with your keycode (sticker)
