Win Xp Pro SP1 setup error code 4

hi guys..

see if anybody can help me here..i got this

'File \i386\KDCOM.DLL could not be loaded. The error code is 4. Setup could not continue. Press any key to exit' message.

I've heard that i might be setting up from a scratched CD, burned CD, but i've tried it on another PC it works fine, up and running. I've even tried alter some settings in the BIOS, it still doesnt work.
