Almost got it out

It found the trojan and then I deleted it. But when I ran Norton again the dam trojan was still there. You think I should have shut off the system restore? Solving this does test someones computor skill level , which in my case I am a novice.
If it is any importance I have 2 trojans not 1.

Yes it's always a good idea shutting off system restore when removing those pesky trojans. They like to hide in there and pop back in as you have seen.
