How do you open a .Bin file

.bin => binary. flash firmware/bios files aften use this to program the imbeded software, as well as some cd imaging software which dump the contents of a cd to the bin file with an accompanying .cue file to tell the cd writing software how to handle the bin.

You're router should know what to do with the .bin file. You don't need anything to "open" it.
